​Our primary topic for this project was to find out how the purpose and programming of the Concord Neighborhood Center has changed over time. As the oldest community center in Indiana, we wanted to learn more about the impact it has had on multiple generations of Southside residents. Through interviews with Concord Center staff, current and former residents of the Southside, and prominent members of the Southside community, we were able to construct a collective testimony to the Concord Center’s legacy
